Based in Roy, Washington, Yae has built a life full of adventure and family connection. He’s been married for over 24 years and is the proud father of two daughters—one a recent biology graduate from UW, the other a former gymnast turned coach and budding lacrosse player. When he’s not working, Yae enjoys camping with friends and neighbors, fishing, boating, and spending time with his energetic blue heeler, Roxy. His commitment to service extends into the community through volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity, Union Gospel Mission, Special Olympics, and his daughters’ gymnastics booster club.
