Businesses that accessed their accounts through Columbia’s Biz Connect or Commercial Connect
If your business accessed your accounts through Columbia’s Biz Connect or Commercial Connect, you will now access your accounts through Umpqua’s Business Online Banking:
To login you will need your:
- User ID
- New Company ID
- Temporary Password
- First-time login instructions - download

If you utilize Check or ACH Positive Pay, you will need to log into Biz/Commercial Connect today, March 20, to decision exceptions received on March 17. You will only have access to Positive Pay in the system; you will not see balances, transactions or be able to perform other actions. Do not upload issue files. Log into Business Online Banking at umpquabank.com for all other digital banking needs or to upload issues files. Check and ACH Positive Pay exceptions received March 20 and after will need to be decisioned in Umpqua’s system.
