Important Online Banking Information

Access to Online Banking has changed. Please refer to the list below to ensure you have the materials and information you need to login for the first-time. If you are missing information, you will not be able to access your accounts online until you contact us.

Businesses that accessed their accounts through Columbia’s Biz Connect or Commercial Connect

If your business accessed your accounts through Columbia’s Biz Connect or Commercial Connect, you will now access your accounts through Umpqua’s Business Online Banking:

To login you will need your:

  • User ID
  • New Company ID
  • Temporary Password
  • First-time login instructions - download

If you have not received your login information, please contact the Transition Support Line at 833-961-3614.

If you utilize Check or ACH Positive Pay, you will need to log into Biz/Commercial Connect today, March 20, to decision exceptions received on March 17. You will only have access to Positive Pay in the system; you will not see balances, transactions or be able to perform other actions. Do not upload issue files. Log into Business Online Banking at umpquabank.com for all other digital banking needs or to upload issues files. Check and ACH Positive Pay exceptions received March 20 and after will need to be decisioned in Umpqua’s system.



Businesses that accessed their accounts through Columbia Connect, and use ACH or Check Positive Pay and/or Business Bill Pay

If your business accessed your accounts through Columbia Connect and utilize ACH or Check Positive Pay, and/or Business Bill Pay, you will now access your accounts through Umpqua’s Business digital banking:

To login you will need your:

  • New User ID
  • New Company ID
  • Temporary Password
  • First-time login instructions - download

If you have not received your login information, please contact the Transition Support Line at 833-961-3614.

If you utilize Check or ACH Positive Pay, you will be contacted by an associate if you received exceptions on March 17 that need decisioning.



Personal Accounts

If you have a personal account, you will access your accounts through the Umpqua’s Personal digital banking.

To login you will need your:

  • Your user ID has not changed – you may use the same user ID that you used to login to former Columbia Bank’s Columbia Connect system.
  • Your password has not changed – you may use the same password that you used to login to former Columbia Bank’s Columbia Connect system.
  • Access to a phone to receive a secure access code via phone call or text message.
  • First-time login instructions - download

Deposit Express – Remote Deposit Capture
