A born-and-raised Oregonian, Judd lives in Tualatin and proudly traces his roots back to Lake Oswego, where his daughter now represents the fourth generation of family in the area. He’s an identical twin—named Judd after his father, Joseph Judd, while his brother carries the name Joseph. When he’s not working, you’ll find him snowboarding at Mt. Hood and Bachelor, wakeboarding on Lake Oswego, or competing in shooting sports at Tri-County. Civil War football games are a lively affair in his household, thanks to his University of Oregon allegiance and his wife’s OSU pride.
