Before entering the mortgage world, he spent years as a sales manager, developing the relationship‑building skills that now define his work. Originally from Chico, California, John has called Newport, Oregon his home for the past six years and has become deeply rooted in the community he serves.

Specializing in first‑time homebuyers, John is passionate about helping clients strengthen their financial foundation, whether that means repairing credit, learning responsible saving habits or understanding the full path from application to closing. He sees his role as a trusted guide, someone who walks beside clients through every step of the process and helps them qualify for the strongest loan options possible. His ability to build long‑term relationships and earn trust has become one of his greatest strengths.

Outside the office, John can often be found fishing or crabbing on Yaquina Bay, hunting for antiques or cooking and barbecuing for friends and family. He is an active member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and volunteers regularly at Habitat for Humanity ReStore, where he enjoys giving back to the community that has welcomed him so warmly.
