Sweepstakes Official Rules

Each entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to the following terms and conditions (the “Sweepstakes Official Rules”) for a drawing to win 4 VIP Suite Seats to Weird Al in concert at the Oregon State Fair in Salem on September 7, 2026 (the “Prize”). Entry begins 12:01am Pacific Time, Monday, August 10, 2026, and ends at 6:00pm Pacific Time, Friday, August 21, 2026. The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Columbia Bank, Attention: Marketing & Communications, 1301 A Street, Suite 800, Tacoma, WA 98402-4200.

  1. The Drawing: One winner (the “Winner”) will be randomly selected in a drawing held by Columbia Bank at 8:00 AM Pacific Time, Monday, August 24, 2026. The Winner does not need to be present to win. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries. If the selected Entrant is determined to be ineligible or does not complete the requirements for claiming the Prize timely, then Columbia Bank may perform a replacement drawing at a time that it determines.
  2. Eligibility:
    1. Each Entrant must be a legal resident of the state of Oregon.
    2. Each Entrant must be at least 18 years old on Monday, August 10, 2026.
    3. Employees of Columbia Bank and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible.
    4. No purchase is necessary to enter.
    5. There is a limit of one entry per person. The submission of multiple entries that appear to be for the same person will make all entries for that person ineligible; Columbia Bank may make such determination in its discretion based on available Entrant-related information including but not limited to similarities among entries, and Entrant’s identification.
    6. To be eligible, Entrants must complete the online entry form established by Columbia Bank and locate at the following URL: ColumbiaBank.com/Oregon-State-Fair, the “Entry Form” and (ii) agree to these Sweepstakes Official Rules.
    7. Entrant agrees that its submission of the Entry Form constitutes its attestation that it meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Sweepstakes Official Rules.
    8. If the Entrant notified as Winner (i) does not respond to such notification within 24 hours verbally confirming to the caller or emailer their awareness and intent to accept the Prize, (ii) does not thereafter appear to Columbia Bank to meet the eligibility requirements or (iii) does not present to Columbia Bank, in person, their government-issued picture identification corresponding to the entry form information and their appearance, by Friday, September 4, 2026 at the designated branch location, then the Prize shall be forfeited and Columbia Bank can revoke Winner status and perform a replacement drawing for an alternative Winner.
  3. Retail value and taxes: Each Entrant agrees that if it is the Winner that it has sole responsibility for state and federal income taxes associated with the Prize. The “verifiable retail value” (as defined in Oregon law) is $580.00. The Prize is not redeemable for cash.
  4. Concert performance not guaranteed. Entrant agrees that all aspects of the Prize, including but not limited to its quality, duration, and that it will not be cancelled, are not guaranteed, and that Entrant shall be owed no refund, compensation, damages, or substitution for any deficiencies in, or non-performance of all or any part of the Prize.
  5. Release and Hold Harmless. Each Entrant voluntarily releases and holds harmless Columbia Bank and its officers, directors, affiliates, parent company, and employees from any claims, damages or injuries arising from or related to these sweepstakes or the Prize.
  6. Permission for publicity: The Entrant hereby agrees that if they are the Winner, Columbia Bank is permitted to use their name in promotional materials and communications with reference to this sweepstakes event and/or the Prize.
  7. Record of Winner: Columbia Bank will keep the Winner’s name on record for two years following the drawing. It may be obtained by writing to Columbia Bank, Attention: Marketing & Communications, 1301 A Street, Suite 800, Tacoma, WA 98402-4200.
