Pikake Unger
Pikake brings 27 years of banking experience and a deep commitment to helping teams grow and clients thrive throughout the Willamette Valley, Central Oregon and Central California Coast regions. She also helps lead Columbia’s leadership and development program, empowering associates to strengthen their skills and deliver exceptional service to clients. Her work fosters collaboration across business lines, creating a unified, client-focused culture that puts people first.
Known for her proactive approach and personalized service, Pikake builds trust through consistent outreach and thoughtful follow-up. She is a graduate of the Oregon Bankers Association Executive Development Program and Columbia Bank’s Activate Leadership Program and is passionate about helping branch teams deepen relationships and uncover meaningful solutions for clients.
Outside of work, Pikake previously served on the board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, where she continues to serve and advocate. She also volunteers with United Way and Food for Lane County.
