Beginning June 3, the name of Business Online Banking will change to Commercial Online Banking to better align with the needs of our customers who utilize many of the advanced services the platform offers.

Continue banking as you do today

This is a change in name only; Commercial Online Banking will be the same platform with the same look, feel and functionality you are accustomed to. There is nothing you need to do to prepare for the name change.

Logging in on June 3

To access your account starting June 3, select Commercial Banking from the login screen instead of Business Banking.

Biz Mobile renamed Commercial Mobile

On June 3, the Columbia Biz Mobile app will become the Commercial Mobile app. The icon will remain the same, but it comes with an updated look and a few new features including. For more details about updates to the mobile app on June 3, click here.

Additional Business Digital Product Coming Soon

We recognize that some of our customers may not need to utilize many of the features and functionality that our current system offers today. That is why we are working toward the launch of a new business digital product more tailored to their needs. This new system will be named Business Online Banking and we will provide more information about this new system as we near its launch.
