Vipul Patel is a seasoned commercial real estate leader who supports customers across Southern California and Utah. He aims to function as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ needs and sharing expert advice and solutions to help them reach their goals.
He works with real estate developers and investors on crafting unique solutions to their financial needs. Vipul is a people person who customers count on for reliable service and industry expertise.
Vipul earned his bachelor’s degree in actuarial science and applied mathematics at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He earned his master’s degree in accounting science from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Outside of work, he gives back to the community through volunteer work at Habitat for Humanity, Sankara Eye Foundation and Ekal Vidyalaya.
