Michelle Lee is a Middle Market Relationship Manager providing financing and other banking
services to companies across Washington’s Puget Sound area.
She has more than 20 years of commercial banking in Seattle and Hong Kong. While she supports all industries, she has gained extensive experience in technology, food, real estate, construction,
professional services, and manufacturing industries.
Michelle thrives in helping client to find solutions in complex transactions. She offers speed,
advice and relationship-based banking support. Michelle loves helping passionate business
owners achieve their goals. In turn, they can help their families, employees and communities
thrive. She shares in their joy and helps them when they face challenges.
Michelle earned a bachelor’s degree in business studies from Hong Kong Polytechnic University
and an MBA from the University of Hawaii. She also holds CPA credential from the Washington
State Board of Accountancy. She is fluent in Cantonese. She is a member of University Sunrise
Rotary Club and a board member of Northwest Family Business Advisors.
