Katie is a seasoned Healthcare Relationship Manager supporting customers across Southern California and Texas.
She takes a consultative approach with customers, listening closely to their needs to help find the right solutions for them. Katie believes that communication is key to a successful relationship and maintains an open line of communication. Her goal is for customers to have the experience of working with a small community bank, while having access to the array of products, services and expertise that Columbia can offer.
Katie has worked in banking for 12 years, primarily in healthcare. She specializes in practice acquisition, refinancing and real estate loans, as well as equity out practice loans for growth and expansion opportunities.
Katie earned her bachelor's degree in economics at the University of Oregon. She has regularly volunteered with the Oregon Food Bank and SMART Reading, a children’s literacy nonprofit.
