Jack covers the Inland Northwest for the Community CRE team. That territory stretches from Eastern WA and OR, through Idaho, and into Northern Utah. He has been in the CRE lending space for eight years, spending the last four with Columbia. Jack specializes in Non-Owner Occupied real estate lending of all asset types: multifamily, industrial, retail, self-storage, office, medical office, hotels, and more. His lending experience includes financing construction, bridge, and permanent loans.
Past experience includes direct lending through HUD, Fannie Mae, and other bank balance sheets. Jack has experience arranging financing for a wide variety of clients ranging from institutional investor/developers to generational family offices to smaller investors just getting their start in real estate. Jack enjoys his career in Community CRE banking, seeing it as a way to help fulfill community needs.
Jack is a graduate of Gonzaga University, earning his bachelor’s degree in business administration. In his spare time, Jack likes to spend time with his family, enjoys the outdoors, and is, of course, an avid GU basketball fan.
