As a commercial banking market director in Bellevue, Washington, Christine manages a team of commercial banking relationship managers, portfolio managers and an operations officer. The Commercial Banking team offers financial expertise, counsel, and customized solutions to help businesses reach their complex financial goals in various industries. Examples of her team’s client portfolio include IT consulting, law firms, retail & wholesale consumer goods, video gaming, real estate investment, construction, food production, funeral services, and non-profit organizations. Her team also provides credit solutions and ancillary services to US companies and organizations whose annual revenues are under $1 billion.
Christine began her career in 2002 as a business specialist and team leader for the business specialty group at Wells Fargo Bank in Seattle. She then transitioned to Wells Fargo Merchant Services for a year. At that point, she left Wells Fargo to start her own business for a credit card processing agency that represents First Data. Her business was the fastest growing agency in the State of Washington in 2005. In 2006 she went back to business and commercial banking relationship management at Keybank Seattle for 10 years. She won annual “Signature Circle” awards as the top 5% business banker in the nation for 2006, 2008, 2011 and 2012. In 2016, she returned to Wells Fargo Bank Business Banking in Bellevue as a Principal Banker and ranked the #1 Business Banker, with the most revenue and loan production in the State of Washington in 2017. She joined Columbia Bank in November 2018 as a Senior Vice President Commercial Relationship Manager and was recognized as the top commercial banker growing her loan outstanding portfolio to more than $100 million in less than 3 years. She was promoted to Commercial Banking Manager in 2023.
Christine has an entrepreneurial spirit as evidenced by her continued learning about business and industry, which makes her a great connector and banker. She enjoys supporting others and finds fulfillment in helping clients achieve their financial goals.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree as an English major in Taiwan and an MBA in Marketing from The University of Tampa, Florida in 2001. She also earned her graduate school of Banking Certification from Pacific Coast Banking School in 2012 at The University of Washington. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.
Christine’s community leadership endeavors include service on the board for the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce and KidsQuest Museum in Bellevue WA. Christine enjoys travel, movies, kickboxing and city life in downtown Bellevue with her two young daughters.
