Natalie Walkerling

Natalie brings over three decades of experience in mortgage lending, having launched her career in April 1993 after working in consumer lending and dealership banking. Based in the Pacific Northwest since 1986, she’s built a reputation for being a dependable advisor who helps clients navigate life’s transitions with thoughtful planning and tailored solutions. Natalie specializes in VA loans and LMI programs for first-time homebuyers, driven by a deep respect for veterans and a commitment to helping individuals overcome obstacles to homeownership. Her role at Columbia is rooted in guiding clients through every stage of life, offering clarity and structure even when timelines feel uncertain.

Outside of work, Natalie finds joy skiing at Schweitzer Mountain, hiking the lush trails of the Pacific Northwest and swimming with her spirited Black Lab, Sully. She’s a proud rodeo mom, cheering on her daughter in Breakaway Roping competitions. Natalie’s community involvement includes volunteering at 2nd Chance Thrift Store and coaching youth soccer and softball in Stanwood and Camano Island. Her accolades include multiple Presidents Club honors and being named America’s Top Performer at Union Bank, reflecting her dedication to both her clients and her craft.
