Amy Mullins brings 22 years of banking experience to King County Private Banking with expertise in providing customized financial solutions to high net worth clients, their families, and businesses. Amy possesses a high level of enthusiasm coupled with a deep knowledge of the industry, making her a wonderful part of the Columbia Bank team. She believes in purposeful listening and genuine understanding of clients’ goals to lead to customizable financial services, leaving her clients feeling secure and supported.
Amy finds enjoyment in giving her time to the community and is currently a member of the Treehouse Board of Directors. She also has volunteered as a Hopelink financial literacy instructor, a WA DECA Annual State competition judge and as a team captain of numerous “fun runs” for various charitable organizations in the region. Amy has lived in Redmond for the past 17 years with her husband, Mark, and their twin daughters.
As Vice President and Private Banking Relationship manager, Daniel identifies and presents comprehensive tailored wealth management solutions to high-net-worth clients and firms. He specializes in commercial lending, affluent market banking and treasury management.
Daniel has extensive banking industry expertise. He describes his role as an advocate and trusted advisor for his clients, as he pays special attention to details and takes ownership of their requests.
Daniel currently serves on the Hopelink Executive Leadership Council and Mercer Island Youth & Family Service Foundation Board. Daniel resides in West Seattle.
Scott McVay brings together a thorough financial background and a deep understanding of the client/advisor relationship. He will be your trusted financial advisor, armed with the experience to help guide you and the desire to see your unique dreams achieved. By focusing attention on your long-term and short-term objectives, Scott will help ensure that you are prepared for every step in your financial journey. Scott has more than 12 years of banking experience, and has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Washington State University. He is both investment licensed and insurance licensed in the state of Washington. He resides in Gig Harbor with his wife and two children and is active locally with the Gig Harbor Morning Rotary and the Gig Harbor Peninsula Chamber of Commerce.
Nori blends her strong background in Retail and Commercial Banking with dedicated customer service to deliver innovative solutions aimed at achieving and preserving her clients’ wealth. She takes the time to know her customers and to understand their values and goals. This approach allows her to provide individually customized financial solutions. Her holistic approach to wealth management is the foundation of her role as a trusted financial advisor.
Nori started at Columbia Bank in 2001, working in a variety of positions before she joined the Private Banking team. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business from St. Martin’s University in Lacey, WA, and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School. Nori is a Certified Financial PlannerTM professional. She also serves on the Board of Directors and as the Vice Chair for HopeSparks, is a reading tutor to young children in Tacoma’s Read 2 Me program, and volunteers with Junior Achievement.
Windy Rudd is Vice President, Private Banking Team Leader who operates out of the downtown Spokane office. In her position, Windy leads a dedicated Private Banking team who serve clients throughout Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho and the greater Spokane region.
Windy has a diverse background in retail, business and private banking, with more than 20 years of experience. In her role at Columbia, she focuses on building relationships with clients and providing tailored solutions and financial advice.
Outside of the bank, Windy is very active in the Spokane community. She sits on the board of the March of Dimes and the YWCA, and is a member of the advisory board of the College Success Foundation. She has also been involved with The National Association of Women Business Owners, Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement, Spokane County Medical Society and the Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce, and others.
Saira Russell currently serves as Vice President and Private Banking Officer in Spokane, Washington. In her role, Saira will oversee the banking needs of professional service groups and high-net-worth clients throughout Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.
With more than 15 years of experience in the banking industry, Saira believes the best way to work with clients is to foster long-term relationships. She does this by listening to their needs, understanding their values and developing comprehensive solutions to help clients meet their specific goals. Prior to joining Columbia Bank, Saira worked as a relationship manager at US Bank.
She is actively involved in her local community and has enjoyed volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels, Second Harvest, Junior Achievement and Rotary.
Saira graduated with a degree in psychology from Eastern Washington University. She currently resides north of Spokane with her husband, four children and two dogs.
Andrew McKechnie, director of Healthcare Banking serving Oregon, Washington and Idaho, manages multiple teams with multiple healthcare business niches to provide counsel and strategic advice to clients related to the loan and deposit needs. Andrew’s approach to client service is simple: outwork the competition and always go the extra mile. His philosophy is to know a client’s business inside and out and provide expert counsel, which continuously adds value to the relationship.
Andrew is a 20-year banking veteran, and has steadily increased in responsibility with Columbia Bank, beginning as a team lead all the way to his current role as director for healthcare banking. A graduate of Portland State University, Andrew is active in the community including as a past leader and volunteer with Clackamas Women’s Shelter, Lake Oswego Rotary and as a current coach within the Sherwood School District.
As vice president, Cheryl Dorman works alongside Columbia Bank’s Private Banking and Healthcare Banking teams to provide tailored solutions to clients throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington.
With more than 30 years of banking experience, including an exceptional background in customer service, relationship management and bank and branch operations, Cheryl works closely with high-net-worth individuals to incorporate investments, borrowings and assets into personalized banking solutions. She is an expert at strategically calling on a strong network of referral sources within the community and finding ways to partner with her customers to determine the best course of action for each individual’s business situation. Based in Portland, Cheryl previously served as a vice president, branch manager, for Columbia Bank’s Tualatin and Wilsonville branches, opening the Tualatin branch in 2004 and managing it for 10 years. She is a graduate of Portland State University with a degree in business and human resource management.
In her spare time, Cheryl is committed to serving her local community in the Portland area, currently serving as a board member of Portland State University’s business outreach program, board member and past president of the Tualatin Rotary Club and the Wilsonville Development Review Board. She also volunteers for Reach the Beach, Hood to Coast and Kiwanis Camp. Previously she served as the past president of the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce.
