As Vice President and Private Banking Relationship manager, Daniel identifies and presents comprehensive tailored wealth management solutions to high-net-worth clients and firms. He specializes in commercial lending, affluent market banking and treasury management.

Daniel has extensive banking industry expertise. He describes his role as an advocate and trusted advisor for his clients, as he pays special attention to details and takes ownership of their requests.

Daniel currently serves on the Hopelink Executive Leadership Council and Mercer Island Youth & Family Service Foundation Board. Daniel resides in West Seattle.

Scott McVay brings together a thorough financial background and a deep understanding of the client/advisor relationship. He will be your trusted financial advisor, armed with the experience to help guide you and the desire to see your unique dreams achieved. By focusing attention on your long-term and short-term objectives, Scott will help ensure that you are prepared for every step in your financial journey. He will coordinate Columbia’s team of financial experts with you and your life advisors to create a full-time team dedicated to achieving the goals and aspirations you have now and in the future.

Scott has more than 12 years of banking experience, and has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Washington State University. He is both investment licensed and insurance licensed in the state of Washington. He resides in Gig Harbor with his wife and two children and is active locally with the Gig Harbor Morning Rotary and the Gig Harbor Peninsula Chamber of Commerce.

Cameron is committed to fostering long-term relationships with his clients. He believes in knowing the people he serves and understanding their values. It’s through this knowledge that he is able to help his clients fully realize their financial goals. Cameron’s dynamic approach to providing comprehensive and personalized solutions is highlighted by his dedication to providing superior customer service and a diverse knowledge of deposit and credit products.

Prior to joining the Private Banking Team at Columbia Bank, Cameron was a Private Banker for Wells Fargo’s Wealth Management Group. He holds a MBA from the University of Washington, Tacoma, and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University in Finance and Marketing. Cameron is a member of the Tacoma Sunrise Rotary and is actively involved in his church.

Andrew McKechnie, director of Healthcare Banking serving Oregon, Washington and Idaho, manages multiple teams with multiple healthcare business niches to provide counsel and strategic advice to clients related to the loan and deposit needs. Andrew’s approach to client service is simple: outwork the competition and always go the extra mile. His philosophy is to know a client’s business inside and out and provide expert counsel, which continuously adds value to the relationship.

Andrew is a 20-year banking veteran, and has steadily increased in responsibility with Columbia Bank, beginning as a team lead all the way to his current role as director for healthcare banking. A graduate of Portland State University, Andrew is active in the community including as a past leader and volunteer with Clackamas Women’s Shelter, Lake Oswego Rotary and as a current coach within the Sherwood School District.

As vice president, Cheryl Dorman works alongside Columbia Bank’s Private Banking and Healthcare Banking teams to provide tailored solutions to clients throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington.

With more than 30 years of banking experience, including an exceptional background in customer service, relationship management and bank and branch operations, Cheryl works closely with high-net-worth individuals to incorporate investments, borrowings and assets into personalized banking solutions. She is an expert at strategically calling on a strong network of referral sources within the community and finding ways to partner with her customers to determine the best course of action for each individual’s business situation. Based in Portland, Cheryl previously served as a vice president, branch manager, for Columbia Bank’s Tualatin and Wilsonville branches, opening the Tualatin branch in 2004 and managing it for 10 years. She is a graduate of Portland State University with a degree in business and human resource management.

In her spare time, Cheryl is committed to serving her local community in the Portland area, currently serving as a board member of Portland State University’s business outreach program, board member and past president of the Tualatin Rotary Club and the Wilsonville Development Review Board. She also volunteers for Reach the Beach, Hood to Coast and Kiwanis Camp. Previously she served as the past president of the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce.

Sabrina Snow is a vice president on Columbia Bank’s Private and Healthcare Banking team, serving clients in Oregon and Southwest Washington.

With more than 20 years of banking and real estate financing experience, Sabrina enjoys the diversity of working with high-net worth individuals, professional service firms, and medical professionals at Columbia. Based on her clients’ goals, she seeks to provide customized credit and deposit solutions.

In addition to banking, Sabrina is also committed to helping the Portland community. She serves on the Children Cancer Association’s Pacific Northwest Leadership Council and on the finance committee for New Avenues for Youth.  

She also is involved with youth soccer programs and is a past volunteer with Junior Achievement.

Sabrina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.
