As a Certified Financial PlannerTM professional, Megan takes a holistic approach to clients’ financial needs. She possesses strong comprehensive financial planning skills along with vast expertise in complex credits, trust and estate planning.
Megan has made a lifelong commitment to community service, currently volunteering her time with United Way of King County, Washington Bankers Association, and Evergreen Healthcare Foundation.
Amy Mullins brings 22 years of banking experience to King County Private Banking with expertise in providing customized financial solutions to high-net-worth clients, their families, and businesses. Amy possesses a high level of enthusiasm coupled with a deep knowledge of the industry, making her a wonderful part of the Columbia Bank team. She believes in purposeful listening and genuine understanding of clients’ goals to lead to customizable financial services, leaving her clients feeling secure and supported.
Amy finds enjoyment in giving her time to the community and is currently a member of the Treehouse Board of Directors. She also has volunteered as a Hopelink financial literacy instructor, a WA DECA Annual State competition judge and as a team captain of numerous “fun runs” for various charitable organizations in the region. Amy has lived in Redmond for the past 17 years with her husband, Mark, and their twin daughters.
As Vice President and Private Banking Relationship manager, Daniel identifies and presents comprehensive tailored wealth management solutions to high-net-worth clients and firms. He specializes in commercial lending, affluent market banking and treasury management.
Daniel has extensive banking industry expertise. He describes his role as an advocate and trusted advisor for his clients, as he pays special attention to details and takes ownership of their requests.
Daniel currently serves on the Hopelink Executive Leadership Council and Mercer Island Youth & Family Service Foundation Board. Daniel resides in West Seattle.

Cameron’s most recent position was as a private banker for Wells Fargo’s Wealth Management Group. He holds an MBA from the University of Washington, Tacoma, and earned his Bachelor of Arts from Western Washington University in finance and marketing.Cameron is a member of the Tacoma Sunrise Rotary and is actively involved in his church.

Nori started at Columbia Bank in 2001, working in a variety of positions before she joined the Private Banking team. She received her Bachelor of Arts in business from St. Martin’s University in Lacey, WA, and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School. Nori is a Certified Financial PlannerTM professional. She also serves on the board of directors and as the vice chair for HopeSparks, is a reading tutor to young children in Tacoma’s Read 2 Me program, and volunteers with Junior Achievement.
Scott McVay brings together a thorough financial background and a deep understanding of the client/advisor relationship. Scott has more than 12 years of banking experience, and has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Washington State University. He is both investment licensed and insurance licensed in the state of Washington. He resides in Gig Harbor with his wife and two children and is active locally with the Gig Harbor Morning Rotary and the Gig Harbor Peninsula Chamber of Commerce.
Jennifer Bradley specializes in providing customized wealth management solutions for affluent individuals and their businesses, focusing on depository, lending and investment needs. With a strong customer-centered focus, she strives to provide a positive experience as part of a team of professionals that can develop and manage a comprehensive wealth management plan for her clients’ short-term and long-term goals.
Jennifer has held various positions in the financial services industry and Columbia Bank, bringing over 16 years of expertise to her position in Private Banking. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in business administration and finance from Washington State University. Jennifer is a volunteer with the Tacoma Community House program Read2Me, a Tacoma-based organization that helps young readers reach benchmark reading goals by the end of the third grade, and Junior Achievement.
Windy Rudd is Vice President, Private Banking Team Leader who operates out of the downtown Spokane office. In her position, Windy leads a dedicated private banking team who serve clients throughout Eastern Washington and the greater Spokane region. Windy first began her banking career in 1991 as a part-time drive-up teller while attending Eastern Washington University.
Windy has a diverse background in retail, business and private banking, with more than 23 years of experience. In her role at Columbia, she focuses on building relationships with clients and providing tailored solutions and financial advice.
Outside of the bank Windy is very active in the Spokane community, currently serving on the board of March of Dimes along with involvement in The National Association of Women Business Owners, Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement, Spokane County Medical Society and the Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce, among others.
Adam Jackson is a private banking Relationship Manager in the Spokane area providing customers with new ideas and comprehensive solutions to their financial needs.
In his role, Adam believes strongly in building trusting relationships with each of his clients to understand their needs and point of view. He takes a holistic planning approach to provide the most accurate solutions, and works thoughtfully alongside his team to provide the best expertise.
Adam graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in psychology, enhancing his customer service perspective. Deeply rooted into his community, Adam volunteers with Spokane Hoopfest, and has previously worked with Meals on Wheels, Shriners Hospital, and Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery.
Andrew has over 17 years of commercial/retail banking experience in the Portland Metro Area. He specializes in a variety of spaces including real estate, medical/dental, property management, commercial and industrial and homeowner associations. Andrew has served on multiple nonprofit boards and committees that include: MMHA, Mid Willamette Valley Council of Government, Clackamas Women’s Services, CREW, Rotary.
