Lines of Credit and Personal Reserve Accounts are subject to additional and separate terms and conditions (for full details, please see applicable Account Agreement).

By electing to opt-in, and if you overdraw your account at the ATM or point of sale, we will charge you a fee of $33 for each ATM and everyday debit card transaction we pay. Separately, you are automatically enrolled in the Overdraft Coverage Program for debit transactions other than ATM and everyday debit card transactions (such as check, preauthorized automatic debit and ACH transactions), unless you instruct us otherwise. We will not charge you for more than five transactions (including check, ATM, debit card, preauthorized automatic debit, and ACH) which are paid or returned each business day. If your account is overdrawn $10 or less in a business day, your account will not be charged an Overdraft/Returned Item Fee. If your account is overdrawn for five or more consecutive business days, on the sixth day a $5 Extended Overdraft Fee will be charged each business day until the overdraft is paid in full. The maximum we will charge you is $170 each business day ((5x $33 Overdraft/Return Item Fee) +$5 Extended Overdraft Fee = $170) to process your transactions that exceed your account balance (for full details, please see your Deposit Account Agreement). We pay overdrafts at our discretion, which means we do not guarantee that we will always authorize and pay any type of transaction.

If funds are not available in your transaction account and are not available in your overdraft protection account, we can charge you an Overdraft/Return Item Fee of $33 for each transaction we pay or return. The maximum we will charge you is $170 each business day ((5x $33 Overdraft/Return Item Fee) +$5 Extended Overdraft Fee = $170) to process transactions that exceed your account balance (for full details, please see your Deposit Account Agreement).

If Overdraft Protection from a Deposit Account is established in addition to coverage from a Line of Credit, you must stipulate the order of coverage. If Overdraft Protection from a Deposit Account is established in addition to the Overdraft Coverage Program, the Deposit Account will serve as the first source of coverage.

See Deposit Account Agreement and Services and Fee Schedule for details.
