CardPilot allows you to protect your debit card by receiving alerts on your mobile device and defining when, where, and how your card is used.
Customize transaction controls and alerts
Want tighter control? You can set up customized transaction controls for dollar amount limits, merchant types (such as gas, restaurants, travel, hotels, and groceries), transaction types (such as in-store purchases, online purchases, mail/phone orders and ATM transactions), and locations to reduce the chance of fraudulent transactions.
You can also setup custom alert messages to send to your mobile device whenever certain types of transactions occur for an early warning of unauthorized or suspicious transactions.
Avoid costly surprises
Kids and devices. It's a recipe for runaway online purchases and downloads. With real-time alerts, you can avoid the unexpected bills and the awkward conversations by remotely controlling and monitoring where and how much is spent.
Safeguard your cards
Lose or misplace your debit card? Turn it “off” and no further purchases will be approved. You can turn it back “on” when you find it.
Travel with ease
Automatically notify us of when and where you're traveling so your debit card remains active and ready to use. Add up to two Travel Plans with as many as 15 destinations per debit card.
Simple and free
CardPilot is free and convenient to use via the Columbia Connect mobile banking app.
