Customize transaction controls and alerts
Want tighter control? You can set up customized transaction controls for dollar amount limits, merchant types (such as gas, restaurants, travel, hotels, and groceries), transaction types (such as in-store purchases, online purchases, mail/phone orders and ATM transactions), and locations to reduce the chance of fraudulent transactions.
You can also setup custom alert messages to send to your mobile device whenever certain types of transactions occur for an early warning of unauthorized or suspicious transactions.

To use CardPilot, you need to be enrolled in Columbia Connect digital banking, which requires a personal checking or savings account at Columbia Bank.
Already enrolled in Columbia Connect? Go to CardPilot in the left-hand menu once you’re logged in through the mobile banking app.
Have a personal account with Columbia Bank but not enrolled in Columbia Connect yet? Enroll now and download the mobile app.

Setting up CardPilot is quick and easy.
Installing CardPilot only takes a minute or two!
Log into the Columbia Connect mobile banking app, click on "CardPilot", accept the Terms, and follow the prompts to enter your debit card information. You can register multiple cards if you have more than one debit card tied to your account.
