If your business uses the following additional services, you will access your accounts through Columbia’s Business Online Banking system:
• ACH Origination
• Wire Origination
• Positive Pay
• Business Bill Pay
• Has more than one online banking user for the same business online
You will receive a new user ID, organization ID and temporary password in two separate mailings prior to February 20, 2018. You will need your user ID, organization ID and temporary password to access Business Online Banking for the first time. You will not need separate login credentials to access Business Bill Pay.
Call us at 1-877-305-7125 if you don’t receive your credentials by February 26, 2018.

Once you have received your organization ID, user ID and temporary password, you may log into Business Online Banking to become familiar with the new system. You will not see balances or transactions until March 12, 2018, when the conversion is complete. We encourage you to login early to make sure all of the accounts you are used to seeing are visible, to allow you time to set up ACH templates and other services.
In order for your Quicken, QuickBooks or your Mint account information to successfully update, there are important steps and timelines that you may need to follow prior to the upcoming system conversion on March 12, 2018.
If you use Express Web Connect for Quicken Windows, Quicken Connect for Quicken Mac or QuickBooks Online, there will be a five-day waiting period after March 12, 2018 before these services will be available. Details and instructions are found below:
Beginning March 12, 2018, Mint aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 5 business days. For a successful account update, do not login into Mint.com for Columbia Bank until 5 business days after March 12, 2018. There is nothing you need to do to prepare prior to March 12, 2018.
