Josh Hoines currently serves as Branch Manager of the Burlington branch supporting Skagit County. In his position, Josh focuses on new business development while growing the branch’s loan portfolio. Josh brings more than nine years of banking experience to this new role, previously serving as Assistant Branch Manager at Columbia Bank for five years. His expertise as a financial advisor has led to solid relationship-building as he works to understand each of his clients and their individual or business needs. Clients see Josh as a trusted banking professional whose knowledge and advice have proven invaluable to grow their businesses and achieve financial success.
Josh is a native to the Skagit County area and loves to spend time outdoors fishing and hiking. He attended Skagit Valley College and Eastern Washington University.
Tom Godwin is a Senior Financial Advisor with CB Financial Services1 who brings many years of experience to his role working with clients. He specializes in professionals who do not like to play the market, but have substantial or growing wealth.
His methods center on a philosophy of long term growth and preservation of wealth. His objective is to help his clients prosper through financial planning and setting goals appropriate to their lifestyles. Tom is a graduate of Wayne State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts and Masters Degree in Economics.
Bruce Farnham serves as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Team Leader, where he is responsible for managing commercial lenders and credit analysts in Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom counties. He brings more than 40 years of banking knowledge to his position with expertise in commercial credit analysis, structure and client relations. In his position, Bruce focuses on exceeding loan production goals, customer service standards and maintaining credit quality.
Bruce remains involved in his local community, where he supports the Alzheimer’s Association and the Boys and Girls Club of America. Previously, Bruce was a board member of the Stanwood Camano Fair and an active member of the Stanwood Camano Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School where he focused his studies within the area of commercial credit.
