As Residential Loan Officer, Mellisa is responsible for the growth and development of new and existing relationships in the Central Oregon region. With a focus of building strong customer and community relationships, she strives to provide a positive experience with each customer interaction and dedicates her time to various community organizations.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Portland State University with a specialization in marketing and accounting. She has held various positions in the financial services industry, bringing nearly 16 years of expertise to her position at Columbia.
As a supporter of the Redmond community, Mellisa volunteers her time with various 4-H and FFA activities, is a volunteer coordinator for the Crook County Fair, and is involved with the Oregon High School Equestrian Team. She also currently serves as an ambassador for the Redmond Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Redmond Kiwanis. Her past involvement includes serving as an ambassador for the Crook County Chamber of Commerce and an ambassador for the Bend Chamber of Commerce.
Trevor Lamoureux, vice president and commercial banking officer for Columbia Bank, takes a very hands-on approach in providing financial counsel and treats each client as if they were his own business. His philosophy is to learn as much as possible about his clients so that he can continuously build a relationship of trust. Trevor serves clients throughout the Central Oregon community.
Trevor has been in banking for the past five years and is a proud graduate of the University of Oregon. Residing in Bend, Oregon, Trevor has recently been selected to the Leadership Bend class of 2020.
Taylor Thompson is vice president and team lead of the Bend Commercial Banking Team, serving clients in Bend, LaPine and the surrounding areas. With 14 years of banking experience, Thompson’s expertise in commercial lending, agriculture and SBA lending helps him find the right financing solutions to support clients’ current and future needs.
Thompson graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Eastern Oregon University and is a 2013 graduate of Leadership Redmond.
He is an active member of his community, currently serving as a board member and membership chair for Risk Management Association. In addition, Thompson was previously a member of LIONS, Redmond Rotary, Deschutes County Fair Parade, SMART Leadership Council and City Club Central Oregon.
