Chris Gruenfeld, senior vice president and commercial banking team lead for Columbia Bank, works tirelessly to help his clients reach their goals through the establishment of a trusting relationship. In the course of this relationship, he provides expertise and strategic counsel for clients in the mortgage banking, commercial finance, private school, professional service, real estate, transportation and commercial construction industries.

Chris is a commercial banking veteran with more than 30 years' of experience. He earned his business degree from the University of Idaho and graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School. He is active in the community including through service to the Washington State Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, The United Way and at his local church.

Michael Hiller, senior vice president and regional manager for commercial banking at Columbia Bank, firmly believes that all healthy relationships are built on the foundation of trust. As such, he provides an engaged and consultative approach toward all client interactions, working in their best interest, with a strategic emphasis.

A veteran banker with over 30 years’ experience, Michael oversees the commercial banking team in the South Puget Sound region – composed of two banking teams (Tacoma & Olympia) and also oversees Columbia Bank’s International Banking Group. Michael earned a BS degree in Finance, a Masters of Business Administration and graduated from the prestigious Pacific Coast Banking School. A dedicated volunteer and leader in the community, Michael has been heavily involved with the Rotary Club, Boys and Girls Clubs, the First Tee organization, the Association of General Contractors and the Milgard Business School at University of Washington, Tacoma.

Kevin Meabon is senior vice president and team leader for Columbia Bank's commercial banking team as well as the team leader for the Native American financial services group. In this role, Kevin focuses his energies on building relationships, providing real value and helping each client overcome any challenges. With Columbia's growing Native American financial services group, Kevin helps drive economic activity and social improvement in the lives of Northwest Native Americans.

A commercial banking veteran for 16 years, Kevin has built one of the largest and most complex portfolios for the bank. A University of Washington graduate and graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School, Kevin is active in his community including with the Washington Indian Gaming Association and the Construction Financial Management Association. In 2018, Kevin was honored as a 40 Under 40 award winner by the Puget Sound Business Journal.

Doug Weber, senior vice president and team lead for Columbia Bank’s commercial banking team provides the highest level of service and builds strong relationships with his clients so that their success becomes his personal goal. As a team leader for Columbia Bank in eastern King County Washington, Doug is an expert in commercial lending to all industries ranging from professional services, technology, manufacturing and more. 

A 17-year banking veteran, Doug has also held senior positions in commercial credit analysis, real estate lending, commercial lending and relationship management. A graduate of Western Washington University, Doug is active in his community as a volunteer coach in both soccer and lacrosse.

Jeff Wilcox, senior vice president and team lead for commercial banking at Columbia Bank, leads the Bellevue, Washington team and works diligently to ensure the highest levels of client service (business development and risk management). Jeff is an expert at providing strategic counsel for business verticals including low income housing, food, beverage and consumer products, M&A financing and manufacturing and distribution.

A 26 year veteran in the finance industry – with the past 17 in banking – Jeff is a graduate of Utah State University. He is deeply connect to the community and has been active with or helped lead a number of community organizations including the Overlake Medical Center Foundation, varying Providence Healthcare Foundations, the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, the Bellevue Downtown Association and the Center for Advanced Manufacturing Puget Sound.

Michael Evans, senior vice president and commercial banking officer for Columbia Bank, firmly believes in getting to know his clients and working tirelessly to achieve their goals. There is little that Michael has not seen in his career in banking and he is extremely effective at finding creative solutions that meet and exceed client expectations throughout the South Sound Region. 

A veteran banker with more than 30 years’ experience, Michael graduated from the University of Washington, Tacoma as well as the prestigious Pacific Coast Banking School. He has also held leadership positions for some of the largest banks in the US including Chase, US Bank and KeyBank. Michael is also active in local business leadership including with the World Trade Center, Association for Corporate Growth and his local economic development board and chamber of commerce.

Christine Liu, senior vice president and commercial banking relationship manager for Columbia Bank, provides financial expertise, counsel, and customized solutions to help clients reach their complex financial goals. Through competitively priced financial solutions, her clients get the best financial alternatives available to meet their short-and long-term goals. 

Christine began her banking career in 2002 at Wells Fargo Bank as a business specialist in Seattle and as a team leader for the business specialist group. She has been recognized as a top performer numerous times including recognition as the Number One Business Banker in the State of Washington in 2017. Fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and Taiwanese, Christine graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School and is also a board member of the Asian Counseling and Referral Services (ACRS) in Seattle.

Blair O’Brien, senior vice president for commercial banking at Columbia Bank, provides creative and complex financing solutions that help clients meet their financing objectives. Acting much like a quarterback for the client relationship, Blair is the main point of contact and works with other bank product & service experts to provide a one-stop shop, full service experience. He is a strong believer in listening first, then diving in to find solutions that work for the specific needs of his clients. 

Blair has been with Columbia Bank for 12 years and in commercial banking for 21 years. His areas of focus are: food, beverage and consumer products, finance companies, hospitality, M&A, and service companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and an MBA from Seattle Pacific University. His strong Northwest roots serve him well as he works with clients throughout the region as well as volunteering his time to numerous local organizations.

Luke Pingel, senior vice president and commercial banking officer with Columbia Bank is an expert at providing tailored banking services for nonprofit and governmental clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. Luke designs solutions based on client's unique needs and in consideration of the unique challenges of project funding such as capital campaigns, state, and federal grant funding. For more than a decade, Luke has built outstanding relationships in the nonprofit sector with clients in education, healthcare, human services and religious organizations among others; and in the governmental sector with cities, counties, housing authorities, ports, school districts and utilities.

Luke serves as Columbia Bank’s municipal banker for the state of Washington, but also draws heavily on his experience in working with schools and universities, social service agencies, and Native American Tribes, as well as marine transportation, seafood companies and finance organizations.

Brandon Barnes, vice president and commercial banking officer for Columbia Bank’s commercial banking team, focuses on creating mutually beneficial relationships which serve clients, the market and the community in general. He believes that frequent and effective communication is key to building and maintaining trust and he always works toward meeting and exceeding client expectations. 

Brandon has been in the banking industry for more than eight years, including roles as a vice president and business banking officer. A graduate of the Washington Bankers Association Executive Development Program, Brandon has always been active in his community including as a volunteer for YMCA, YWCA, United Way and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Ryan Hamilton, vice president and commercial banking officer for Columbia Bank, provides financial expertise and customized services to help local businesses. He focuses on lending and cash management tools, and takes a long-term view of banking relationships to help clients meet their goals. 

Ryan has 15 years' of banking experience beginning with Wells Fargo in 2004, where he held positions in the retail bank before being accepted into the business banking training program in 2005. He served as a senior business relationship manager in the wholesale bank, working with a wide variety of clients, ranging from local businesses to government and nonprofit entities. A graduate from the University of Washington, Ryan joined Columbia Bank in 2018.

CJ Mitchell, vice president for Columbia Bank’s commercial banking team believes that a great banker provides great client service, demonstrates outstanding industry expertise and is always reachable and available. His overriding philosophy is to work hard each day to build genuine relationships that bring long-term benefit to his clients. 

An accountant by training, CJ has been in banking for three years and graduated with both an accounting degree and MBA from Gonzaga University. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Puget Sound Chapter of the Construction financial Management Association and the Washington State Society of CPAs.

Brock Mullins, vice president and senior relationship manager for the Seattle commercial banking office of Columbia Bank is an expert at building long-lasting relationships with clients. His area of focus includes extensive experience working with a wide range of middle-market companies, including manufacturers, distributors and service companies. 

A veteran banking executive in the Puget Sound region, Brock is a graduate of the University of Washington with degrees in business and communications. In his personal time he pursues writing, photography, and classical piano.

Scott Zylka, vice president and commercial Banking officer with Columbia Bank is an expert at establishing new, long-term, successful commercial banking relationships and maintaining and fostering the growth of existing commercial banking relationships. Scott's focus throughout the South Puget Sound is in providing strategic counsel in commercial lending, and has a wealth of experience in the construction, contracting, medical, retail and wholesale industries.

A veteran banker of more than 14 years, Scott earned his accounting degree at Marquette and his MBA from DePaul University. Scott moved to the Pacific Northwest just a few years ago and enjoys all the region has to offer.

Crissa Lindly is a senior vice president, relationship manager with our commercial banking team out of Spokane, Washington. Prior to Columbia, Crissa was a relationship manager for four years at Wells Fargo. She also previously served as a credit analyst and portfolio management officer at Bank of America. With 16 years of banking experience in total, Crissa brings a wealth of commercial lending expertise across several industries in the greater Spokane market to Columbia Bank.

Crissa graduated from Whitworth University with a Business Management Degree. She continues to support Whitworth University as an alumni representative for the Board of Trustees. In her free time, Crissa enjoys golfing, cooking and spending time with her husband and three children.

Greg Larson is vice president and commercial relationship manager serving clients throughout the South Sound region, including the Kent Valley and Puyallup areas. 

Prior to joining Columbia Bank in 2020, Greg held commercial banker positions at Chase Bank, U.S. Bank and Bank of the West, with more than 18 years of banking experience in total. In his new position, Greg draws on his expertise in manufacturing, construction and commercial real estate and focuses on relationship management and portfolio development for commercial clients. He has experience serving and advising small- and medium-size businesses, non-profits, and commercial real estate investors. 

Greg has a bachelor’s degree in business, with a minor in economics from the University of Oregon. He is actively involved in his community, volunteering in local organizations such as Childhaven, Northwest Harvest and Pediatric Interim Care Center.

Michelle Lee, Vice President and Commercial Banking officer, serves companies throughout the Upper Puget Sound area. She utilizes her 16 plus years of commercial banking experience to build lasting relationships with clients. Michelle’s expertise spans many industries including food, distribution, construction, real estate, retail, healthcare and technology. She takes the time to get to know and understand her clients’ needs so she can provide them the right solutions.

Prior to joining Columbia Bank, Michelle was a corporate banking relationship manager at DBS Bank Hong Kong for seven years; a Middle Market Relationship Manager at Key Bank in Seattle for seven years; and Assistant Relationship Manager at U.S. Bank in Bellevue for two years.

Lee earned a bachelor’s in business studies from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and an MBA from the University of Hawaii. She has CPA credential from the Washington State Board of Accountancy and is fluent in Cantonese Chinese.

Jeff Singer, senior vice president and Greater Eugene market regional manager for Columbia Bank, leads the Eugene/Springfield/Junction City Oregon team in strategic direction and business growth. Jeff is a highly respected business leader throughout Oregon whose track record for client success is unparalleled in the market.

A banking veteran of more than 25 years, Jeff played a major role in the growth and success of Oregon-based Umpqua Bank during the last two decades. Jeff is a graduate of the prestigious Pacific Coast Banking School, as well as a proud alum of the University of Oregon, graduating with a bachelor's degree in economics, finance and management. Active in the community, Jeff is board treasurer for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Lane County which advocates for abused and neglected children in Lane County as well as the past treasurer and active supporter of the Eugene Chapter of the Active 20-30 Club - a young adult leadership development organization.

Mary Hood, commercial banking team lead for Columbia Bank, believes it is her and her team’s mission to help ensure the financial success of their clients and to be known within the community as the best place to bank and the best place to work. Operating in Salem, within the heart of the Willamette Valley, Mary and her team provide strategic counseling and build long-term relationships with clients in manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, construction, retail and other business sectors.  Her team is well known for tailoring financing and banking solutions in a creative and personal way.

A banking veteran since 1991, Mary and her team work hand in hand with outside partners such as the State of Oregon, the Small Business Administration, the USDA, the Oregon Facility Authority, local municipal programs and bond debenture facilitators to help find solutions for their clients. 

As a senior vice president, commercial banking team lead in Lane County, Erik provides banking and finance solutions for commercial clients with a focus on forest products, manufacturing and contractor financing. His approach to relationship banking involves setting himself apart from the competition by providing prompt service and a creative approach. 

Erik’s previous experience includes 12 years serving as vice president, commercial relationship manager for Umpqua Bank. He graduated from the University of Oregon where he received his bachelor's degree in business administration. Erik also graduated with Honors from Pacific Coast Banking School and was recognized in 2012 as a Eugene Register Guard “20 Under 40” award winner.

Erik works and lives in the same community and often runs into clients outside of the workplace, so it is important to him to maintain high standards when he represents himself both at and outside of work. He is actively involved with KIDSPORTS is a committee member for the Eugene Rotary and serves as treasurer for the Oregon Club of Eugene-Springfield. His previous volunteer efforts include United Way of Lane County, Read to Learn, Junior Achievement and March of Dimes. Erik previously served as treasurer for the American Red Cross and as a board member for the Risk Management Association chapter in Eugene. 

Anthony Tarnasky, senior vice president and commercial banking team lead for Columbia Bank, manages the team within the Gorge region of Oregon and fosters an environment of deep collaboration within his team and the clients they serve. He provides mentorship and counsel to his team, especially in the areas of credit analysis, financial structure, product sets and sales.

A veteran commercial banker of more than 20 years, Anthony is a graduate of Oregon State University and the Pacific Coast Banking School. He also served as a chief credit officer for more than a decade. Growing up in a small town, Anthony has always focused on helping his local community. He has provided leadership and volunteer work for such organizations as The Dalles Lions Club, The East Washington Autism Spectrum Association and the Mid-Columbia Economic Development Loan Committee.

Wendy Anderson, senior vice president and commercial banking officer for Columbia Bank, believes in applying her depth of knowledge and listening skills to garner the trust and loyalty of her clients throughout the Portland market. She is an expert at managing large and diverse commercial loan and deposit portfolios including manufacturing clients, contractors, lumber companies, medical operations, commercial printers and nonprofits.

A banking veteran with more than 30 years’ experience, Wendy is a graduate of Portland State University. She is very active in her community including as a leader and volunteer with the Tualatin Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce, the Oregon Humane Society and the Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp.

Nick Wymore, agricultural lender for Columbia Bank, builds quality relationships with his clients and goes the extra mile to deliver superior service. He provides financial counsel to a wide variety of agricultural operations including processors, farms, nurseries, seed companies and more.

A banking veteran of more than 12 years, Nick is a graduate of George Fox University and resides in Newberg. He is active with many agricultural trade and commodity organizations and events and is also on the board of directors for the St. Paul Youth Sports Organization.

Eric Boos, commercial banking officer for Columbia Bank, works tirelessly to assist business owners and investors with their commercial lending needs and to provide sound financial advice. His specific expertise includes commercial real estate and SBA lending and in the business categories of manufacturing, commercial contractors and the medical industry.

Eric has been in banking for more than 20 years and is a graduate of both Oregon State University and the Pacific Coast Banking School. He enjoys volunteering for the Clark County Food Bank and has also been involved in Habitat for Humanity and Share House.

Chris Bohl, commercial banking lender for Columbia Bank, believes that no matter how much the banking industry changes and innovates, a core tenant of client service is establishing a solid and long-term relationship. As a commercial lender in Salem, Chris puts this philosophy to good use with clients in the manufacturing, contracting, healthcare, professional services and food processing industries.

A banking veteran since 1983, Chris is a proud graduate of the University of Wyoming and is very active in the community including as a long-time member of the West Salem Rotary.

Jesse Borghesi, commercial banking officer for Columbia Bank, is an expert at finding solutions that fit seamlessly with client needs. Jesse’s lending experience highlights his expertise with business succession planning, exit strategy financing and in the refuse, recycling and manufacturing industries.

A banker for 14 years, Jesse is a proud graduate of Oregon State University and Willamette University's MBA program. When not working at the bank, Jesse is the Treasurer of the Salem Rugby Club.

Joe Connors, vice president, commercial banking officer at Columbia Bank, is responsible for developing business and institutional relationships in the community. Joe’s primary mission is to help clients succeed in achieving their personal and business goals. He listens carefully and understands each of his clients’ objectives, dreams and needs. 

Joe has over 12 years of experience in business banking, with expertise in manufacturing, distribution, contracting and professional service firms. He is a graduate of Assumption College where he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting, as well as Babson College where he earned a master’s in business. Dedicated to serving his local community, Joe is founder and chairperson of the Financial Executives Networking Group and is an active member of the Small Business Development Center and Business Transition Advisors Circle. He currently volunteers with Race for Justice, Taste for Justice, the Oregon Food Bank and Good Samaritan Ministries. 

Chris DuPont, vice president and commercial relationship manager for Columbia Bank, works hard to create and expand relationships with clients so he can take care of their full financial picture. He is particularly adept at thinking outside the box to find solutions that meet his clients' needs. Chris brings this philosophy to bear with his clients in the agricultural and commercial real estate sectors.

A veteran commercial banker of more than 21 years, Chris is a graduate of Oregon State University and the prestigious Pacific Coast Banking School. Chris is also active in his community and has served in leadership and volunteer positions with Rotary, the Boys and Girls Club, the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce, Prineville Hospital Foundation and the Agriculture Education Advisory Committee.

Joyce Forsyth, vice president and commercial banking officer for Columbia Bank, believes in knowing as much as possible about her current and future clients so she can build a positive relationship which lasts into the future. As a banker in the Portland Metro and Southwest Washington region, Joyce provides strategic focus on all parts of commercial and Industrial lending, working capital financing and in the industries of contractors and manufacturing.

Joyce has been in the banking industry throughout the region and is a proud alum of Portland State University and Warner Pacific College. She also spends a good deal of time improving her community through her work with the Clackamas Rotary Club and Foundation.

Mike Foresee, vice president for Columbia Bank, strongly believes his role is to understand and know his clients so that he can develop a deep and trusting financial relationship. Mike provides a high level of service to clients in the manufacturing, professional services and small business sector from Salem to Vancouver.

Mike has been in banking for the past 17 years, and  obtained his undergraduate and MBA from Willamette University. Mike is an avid outdoorsman and is also a board member for the Elsinore Theater in Salem.

Gwyn Hilden, vice president, commercial banking officer at Columbia Bank, is responsible for developing and managing a diverse portfolio of business  clients. It is Gwyn’s priority to help clients prepare for growth and manage risk. She serves as the primary bank contact for day-to-day operations and offers herself as a key, reliable resource. Whether she is working directly with a business owner, a CEO, or a board of directors, Gwyn’s priority is always the same – to be a strategic partner and deliver individual solutions that fit the business banking and investment needs of her clients.  

Gwyn works with a broad spectrum of business clients and has successfully developed and maintained a large deposit portfolio of small to midsize companies in the Portland Metro area across a variety of industries and types, including professional and creative firms, nonprofit organizations and contractors.

Gwyn attended Western Oregon University and has been in financial services, commercial and business banking her entire career. With more than 20 years of experience, her previous positions include relationship banking officer for Pacific Continental Bank and a professional banking officer for Bank of the Cascades. She is actively involved with Institute of Management Accountants, Visitation Catholic Parish, Tualatin Chamber of Commerce and Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce. Previous community involvement includes Cares Northwest, East Portland Rotary and Oregon Municipal Finance Officers Association. 

Damon Hulit, vice president and commercial banking officer for Columbia Bank, brings an easy-to-approach personality with vast experience to finance in order to nurture confidence and respect from clients. Providing expert counsel and strategic advice in the commercial and agriculture loan space, Damon serves clients throughout the Columbia Gorge region including Hood River, The Dalles and Goldendale.

A banking veteran of more than 20 years, Damon is a graduate of Oregon State University. He is active in community including leadership and volunteer positions with the Mid-Columbia Housing Authority Home Repair Committee, as well as the Fort Dalles Rodeo Association and the Wasco County Sheriff’s Mounted Posse.

Danny Kleiber, agricultural lender for Columbia Bank, works tirelessly to develop outstanding relationships with clients including processers, farms, nurseries and vineyards.

A graduate from Linfield College with a degree in finance, Danny serves on the Oregon Association of Nurseries Farwest Show Committee.  Danny is also active with various other agricultural trade and commodity organizations and events.  Danny is currently living in McMinnville.

Trevor Lamoureux, vice president and commercial banking officer for Columbia Bank, takes a very hands-on approach in providing financial counsel and treats each client as if they were his own business. His philosophy is to learn as much as possible about his clients so that he can continuously build a relationship of trust. Trevor serves clients throughout the Central Oregon community.

Trevor has been in banking for the past five years and is a proud graduate of the University of Oregon. Residing in Bend, Oregon, Trevor has recently been selected to the Leadership Bend class of 2020.

Ryan Levy, vice president and commercial banking officer for Columbia Bank, works hard to find banking solutions and to establish trusting relationship with his clients. He provides the knowledge and experience to help his clients meet their financial goals. Ryan focuses on commercial and agriculture banking for clients throughout the Pendleton, Oregon region.

A veteran banker of more than 15 years, he is a proud graduate of Oregon State University as well as the Pendleton Leadership Class of 2012. Active in his community, Ryan has volunteered his time and served on several boards throughout his career for numerous local organizations including, Kiwanis, Umatilla County Historical Society, Northwest Intercollegiate Rodeo Finals Association, Pendleton Round-Up and  St. Anthony Hospital Foundation Festival of Trees Winter Gala.

Darryl May, vice president and commercial banking officer for Columbia Bank, provides full-service solutions to meet the credit and depository needs of his commercial banking clients by relying on trust and a service-oriented rapport. An expert at cash-flow lending opportunities and managing through acquisitions, Darryl serves clients throughout the greater Portland and SW Washington market.

A banking industry veteran of 27 years, Darryl holds an undergraduate degree and an MBA from Gonzaga University. Darryl believes strongly in giving back to the community and he current sits on the board and finance committee for Self Enhancement Inc. of Portland and has also served on the board of the MLK Outreach Center of Spokane, Washington.

Craig McKinley, vice president and commercial banking officer for Columbia Bank, uses his decades of experience to not only meet his clients financial needs, but to anticipate those needs and develop solutions at the very beginning of the relationship. In this way, Craig is able to swiftly navigate his clients through a strategy toward financial success. Craig brings his experience to bear throughout the Portland market and for clients in the commercial real estate, manufacturing, wholesale and other industries.

A 30-year banking veteran, Craig is also a proud graduate of Oregon State University. Active in his community, Craig volunteers for the Oregon Food Bank and has also served organizations such as Junior Achievement and the American Red Cross.

Jennifer Morrocco, vice president and commercial credit analysis for Columbia Bank, believes in providing direct interaction with clients and to provide personalized banking solutions which support their business and personal goals. She is an expert in the commercial lending space and supports many clients in the wood products, healthcare, manufacturing, nonprofit and service industries.

Jennifer spends most of her time serving clients in Lane County, but also has relationships on the Oregon Coast and in Bend. Jennifer is a proud graduate from the University of Oregon and has been in banking form more than 13 years. She is also active in her community including as a board member for GreenHill Humane Society and a volunteer with the McKenzie River Trust.

Jin Plummer, assistant vice president and commercial banking officer for Columbia Bank, works diligently to build, manage and expand relationships with clients in the Greater Eugene market. His client relationship philosophy is to always be genuine, communicate effectively and set realistic expectations.

Jin has been in banking for 22 years, including 17 in management, business development and lending.  A Northwest Christian University graduate, Jin has always been active in his community including as a leader with Community Lending Works, Waypoint Community Church and The Springfield Library Association in addition to being a volunteer with FOOD  for Lane County and Catholic Community Services.

Linda Reid, commercial banking officer in Vancouver, Washington, develops outstanding client relationships and is dedicated to creating specific strategies for her clients to succeed. Additionally, she develops new business relationships and forms a strong network of referral sources while sharing the Columbia Bank story in her community. 

Linda has nearly 40 years in banking, including 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Her expertise resides in nonprofit and small business banking. She is actively involved in her local community, serving as a board member with Vancouver’s Downtown Association; Leadership Clark County; the Clark County Mural Society; The Nonprofit Network of SW Washington, Ducks Unlimited and Washington State University Business MAP Growth Program. She is also an active committee member for Evergreen Habitat for Humanity and a volunteer with Junior Achievement. 

In her role as commercial banking officer, Desiree Robinson is responsible for developing new business relationships and providing creative solutions to meet the unique financial needs of each client. It is imperative to Desiree for her work to help organizations, businesses and individuals create a stronger community. She strives to build trust with her clients and the community by being a reliable and knowledgeable resource. 

Desiree has over seven years of banking experience, including two years as a portfolio manager for Pacific Continental Bank. She is a graduate of the University of Oregon’s School of Journalism and Communication. She is an active member of her local community, currently serving with A Family for Every Child and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate.

Rita Rosenberg, vice president and commercial banking officer for Columbia Bank, builds strong relationships with her agriculture clients and establishes trust by going out into their fields to provide strategic counsel on their operations. She serves clients throughout the Pendleton, Oregon and Walla Walla, Washington communities and takes pride in her hands-on approach to customize solutions for each client’s needs.

A veteran banker who joined Columbia in 2000, Rita grew up in Pilot Rock, Oregon and attended Blue Mountain Community College to study business administration. Active in her community, Rita serves as foundation treasurer for Altrusa International of Pendleton, the Pendleton Progress Board, the City of Pendleton Budget Committee, and the Rotary Club of Pendleton.

Nik Stice, vice president and commercial banking officer for Columbia Bank, strongly believes in growing with his clients, understanding their business objectives and crafting a versatile financing program that meets their current and future needs. His industry specialties are capital intensive companies such as contractors and those in manufacturing along with food and beverage companies looking to expand and grow their base of operations. 

A veteran commercial banker of more than 13 years, Nik serves the entire Portland metro area and personally underwrites for all his clients.  Nik is a proud University of Oregon alumn with a bachelor’s degree in planning, public policy and management. He is active in his community and serves in leadership positions for organizations focused on affordable housing, financial literacy and youth development.

Molly Wijers, vice president and commercial banking officer for Columbia Bank, works hard to deliver exceptional customer service to clients by being responsive and providing guidance and products that help them grow their business. She specializes in commercial and industrial lending, commercial real estate and providing strategic counsel to the legal services community.

A veteran commercial banker of more than 14 years, Molly serves the Lane County market. She is also a graduate from the University of Washington. Active in her community, she has organized a corporate March of Dimes event for the past 10 years and has also been a volunteer for CASA of Lane County, Greenhill Humane Society, Food for Lane County and Cornerstone Community Housing.

Kim Diercks, commercial credit analyst for Columbia Bank, is well known in her community of Northern Idaho for developing outstanding relationships with clients and helping them navigate the credit authorization process. Kim specializes in providing strategic counsel to a host of local clients serving many communities and people throughout Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington.

A Stanford University graduate, Kim has been involved in banking for the past 16 years since moving to Sandpoint. She is deeply involved in her community including as a board member for Kinderhaven, board president of 7B Women – a women’s advocacy group, and as a board member of Columbia Cares - a Columbia Bank-affiliated organization that provides aid to community members in crisis.

Rhonda VanOrder, vice president, treasury management sales officer for Columbia Bank, is an expert at helping clients utilize the bank’s treasury management services to effectively and efficiently move their money in order to reach their financial goals. Rhonda works tirelessly to build a sound relationship with clients based on the art of listening and really hearing what they need from their financial partner.

A veteran banker of more than 26 years, Rhonda has vast experience in treasury management, commercial and consumer loans, as well as mortgage lending. She is also extremely active in her community and currently volunteers for Rotary Club, Relay for Life, Salvation Army, Future Farmers of America and the Cambridge First Baptist Church.
