Treasury Management Conversion

User and Organization ID

Temporary Password

 

Watch for your Business Online Banking or Treasury Management Services Login Credentials Cards
You will need your user ID, organization ID and your temporary password to access Business Online Banking for the first time as of August 26, 2013. You will need your Treasury Management login credentials to access iDeposit, Positive Pay or EDI as well. You will not need separate login credentials to access Business Bill Pay or ACH. Call us at 1-877-305-7125 if you don’t receive your new credentials by August 16, 2013.

Service Interruptions
The former West Coast Bank eBiz Online Banking System will be accessible with limited functionality during the conversion weekend. Business Bill Pay and iDeposit will be unavailable throughout the conversion weekend. Click here for more information.

iDeposit and ACH Cutoff Times
iDeposit and ACH will be subject to earlier cutoff times on Friday, August 23, 2013. Click here for more information.

 

Business Online Banking

Below you will find links to resources to support you through the conversion to Columbia Bank.  For additional questions, please contact the Commercial Care Team at 1-877-305-7125.

If you use West Coast Bank’s Personal Online Banking system to monitor your business accounts, you will be enrolled in Columbia’s Premier Personal Online Banking system.  Please review the Premier Personal Online Banking information available here.

Quicken/Quickbooks Help

Beginning August 26, 2013, you will need to modify your Quicken or QuickBooks settings to ensure the smooth transition of your account information after the conversion. You must be logged into your new Online Banking account in order to complete the transfer of information.

Business Bill Pay

Review the important information listed below for details regarding the conversion to Columbia Bank’s Business Bill Pay system. 

You must log into Business Online Banking to access Business Bill Pay.  You will not need additional credentials.

Important eBill Information:
Your current eBills will be cancelled by your current bill pay provider, you will receive an email notification when that is complete. You will need to establish a new eBill arrangement using your Columbia Bank bill pay system after your first login. To establish a new eBill arrangement click on the eBill icon and follow the instructions provided.

The former West Coast Bank Business Bill Pay system will not be available during conversion weekend. Payments scheduled to occur after August 26, 2013 will not convert to the new system and will not be paid. These payments will need to be scheduled in the new system.

ACH Services

Please note that ACH cutoff times will change to 4:00pm beginning August 23, 2013.  Click here for more information on service interruptions related to ACH services.

We recommend logging in to Business Online Banking prior to August 20, 2013 to setup your ACH information.  This will prevent any disruption in your usual service.

Remember you will need to use a token to release your ACH batches as of August 26, 2013.  For additional information about your token, please contact the Commercial Care Team at 1-877-305-7125.

Wire Transfers

If you enjoy access to send wires through eBiz today, you will continue to enjoy acess through Business Online Banking.  Review the information below to ensure a smooth transition to the Columbia Bank Wire Transfer system.

We recommend logging in to Business Online Banking prior to August 20, 2013 to setup your wire template information.  This will prevent any disruption in your usual service.

Remember you will need to use a token to release your Wire Transfers as of August 26, 2013.  For additional information about your token, please contact the Commercial Care Team at 1-877-305-7125.  All incoming wire transfers will need to use the new 125108272 routing number as of August 26, 2013. 

CD-ROM Services

Annual CD-ROM options will be discontinued as of August 26, 2013.  Please review the information below and contact the Commercial Care Team at 1-877-305-7125 if you wish to change the frequency of your CD-ROM service.

 

iDeposit – Remote Deposit Capture

Please note that the iDeposit cutoff time will be 5:00pm on August 23, 2013.  As of August 26, 2013, the normal 7:00pm cutoff time will resume. You will not be able to process deposits from 5:00pm on Friday, August 23, 2013 through 8:00am on Monday, August 26, 2013.  Click here for more information on service interruptions related to iDeposit.

    1. Gather your login credentials
    2. Visit www.ColumbiaBank.com
    3. Click on the “Business” tab in the Online Banking login box
    4. Click on the “iDeposit” login link
    5. Enter login credentials. If you accessed iDeposit through the Payment Solutions link on the former West Coast Bank website, your login credentials have not changed. You may continue to use the same customer number, user name and password.

Positive Pay

You will continue to enjoy the same Positive Pay system you use today.  Access to the system will be available through Columbia Bank’s Business Online Banking system but will require additional login credentials. Watch your mail for the two Treasury Management Services login credential cards listed at the top of this page.

    1. Gather your login credentials
    2. Log into Business Online Banking
    3. Select the Positive Pay & EDI link from the menu on the left.
    4. Enter your user name and temporary password, user name and password are case sensitive 
    5. Create a permanent password

Please note that exception decisions for checks from Friday, August 23, 2013 will be made using the Columbia Bank Business Online Banking system on August 26, 2013. You will not be able to view images of checks that have cleared prior to August 26, 2013 within the positive pay system. EDI

The reports and notices features in Business Online Banking will not include EDI reports. If you require access to this information, please contact the Commercial Care Team at 1-877-305-7125 to discuss available options.

If you use TMS to view EDI remittance information, you will continue to access remittance information in the same manner.   Access to the system will be available through Columbia Bank’s Business Online Banking system but will require additional login credentials.  These credentials will appear on the same cards as your Business Online Banking credentials.
