You will access Personal Bill Pay through Premier Personal Online Banking
Watch your mail for your Premier Personal Online Banking user ID and password. You will need both your temporary user ID and temporary password to access Premier Personal Online Banking for the first time as of August 26, 2013. You will not need separate login credentials to access Personal Bill Pay. Call us at 1-877-754-5074 if you don’t receive your new credentials by August 16, 2013.

Important eBill Information:
Your current eBills will be cancelled by your current bill pay provider, you will receive an email notification when that is complete. You will need to establish a new eBill arrangement using your Columbia Bank bill pay system after your first login. To establish a new eBill arrangement click on the eBill icon and follow the instructions provided.
