Columbia Bank employees have the opportunity to purchase up to five additional vacation days per year and use them at their discretion. The cost for the extra time off is spread out over the calendar year with equal deductions taken from the first two paychecks of each month to alleviate any financial burden. Our vacation purchase is a fantastic option and a unique program for those who are planning a special trip or wants to maximize every moment spent with families and loved ones.
