Unified and Intuitive

We approached the update to Columbia Connect with your user experience top-of-mind because we want managing your money to be a pleasure no matter where you may be. That’s why Columbia Connect is far easier to use than our previous system. Within its clean design, you’ll be able to easily navigate through your accounts, transaction history and set up bill pay and alerts smoothly. Most important is that your activity and preferences are unified across any device you use to access your account — whether it’s on a computer, smartphone or tablet. Because every change you make matters to us.

 

Mobile Money Management

Because your online banking experience is now unified across every device, we recommend making sure your Columbia Connect app is to up to date so that you can securely control your accounts, anytime, anyplace. If you’re have an iPhone or iPad, you’ll only need to conduct a regular app update the way you normally would. If you’re a smartphone or tablet running on Android, you’ll need to visit the Google Play store and download the new app.

The most exciting part about introducing you to Columbia Connect is what comes next. It was extremely important that we upgraded your online banking experience so that you could access the banking tools and features you’ve come to rely upon and new ones that you deserve. Now that we’ve got you on the ground floor, we’ll be able to keep adding new powerful features and take your experience to the next level. Soon we’ll be adding:

  • Bank to Bank Transfers: You'll be able to send and receive money from your accounts at other banks.
  • Customer to Customer Transfers: You'll be able to send money to other Columbia Bank customers quickly and easily.
  • Finance Management Tools: You'll be able to connect all of your accounts, credit cards and investments all in one place so you can centrally track, budget and plan.
